As land use increases throughout the world, fewer catchments areas can efficiently provide potable water without requiring treatment facilities. Water and Sewage Department of MG has designed treatment plants for several cities, including Tehran with a population of over 1O million. In the design of treatment plants, we employ advanced technologies for pre-treatment, clarification, softening, filtration, disinfections and other more sophisticated processes such as the removal of nitrates, iron, manganese and micro pollutants. We have also extensive experience in rehabilitation and upgrading of water treatment plants.
